Our Properties

The Estate owns a range of residential dwellings ranging from period cottages to mid-20th century houses in and around Malvern. Be it semi-detached brick cottages or large Tudor-style farmhouses, it is our ambition to create family friendly properties for our tenants to call home.

Centred mostly around Malvern, we also own commercial units of varying sizes which are let to a range of local, national and international businesses and with the Estate extending from the Malvern Hills to the River Severn, we have a range of agricultural properties which are either farmed in hand or occupied by long standing tenants who have in many cases farmed and managed the land for multiple generations.

A more recent venture, the Madresfield Estate is delighted to offer several unique holiday-let cottages, providing guests with a warm and comfortable base for exploring Madresfield, Malvern and the beautiful counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire beyond.
